And even though I was quite uncertain exactly what I needed, Andrea was very reassuring and helpful. She arranged to have Lydia, the caregiver, and herself to meet me at my home the day I came home from the hospital. She explained everything really well and was very organized about the contract part. Lydia was with me for 8 days ad was just great. She was caring and organized. She gave me a shower daily and tracked my blood pressure and temperature. She also washed clothes and towels for me, took me to an appointment to get labs taken, and did grocery shopping. Lydia was very easy to get along with and very kind. If I am every in a position to need a home health aide again, I would love to have her back. My experience with Home Care Company was really positive and I wouldn't hesitate to work with them again.“
