The Home Care Company stepped in so quickly — on New Year’s Day — to help provide extra care for my mother after she injured herself at her memory care facility. The company provided excellent 24-hour care for my mom for several months. Every caregiver was dependable, kind, and loving. In particular: Rose, Margaret, and Nancy were instrumental in nursing my mother back to health. When my father was very ill and needed in-home care, we searched for a quality and responsive provider. Our case manager at the hospital suggested we try The Home Care Company. From my first call with Andrea, and ongoing care from excellent caregivers like Kari and June Ruth, we couldn't be more pleased with our choice. Andrea, and her team, couldn't have been more responsive to our needs as they changed. The caregivers were kind, helpful, and provided such great care that our visiting nurses from Kaiser all commented to us what great caregivers we have--that the care my father was receiving was really compassionate and high-quality. I recommend them totally.
I'm new to hospice and palliative care experience, so finding providers that would provide quality care and avoiding the games some play with bait-and-switch on rates was top of mind. I was impressed during my conversation Andrea, as she not only answered all my questions, but provided additional information for consideration with our decision. I was further impressed when we set up services, with Andrea meeting us to help with home hospice setup and then pivoting to meet our needs as we navigated hospice. The team was amazingly supportive, empathetic, and kind as they aided with us caring for our loved one in her final days. Andrea went out of her way to help accommodate our adjusting needs and her team enabled us to properly care for and support our loved one in their final days.
