“Update: They came out for the second time and our carpets look fantastic again. Again the service was great! Scheduling was super easy. Prices are very reasonable.This place was amazing! They came out to my home in Bothell to clean two of our main living spaces and a hallway. I was able to schedule within a week, they had plenty of time spots available. They were very prompt, but they do ask that you give allowances for traffic and other unexpected possible delays which is totally reasonable. The tech was very friendly and thorough. He was quick and efficient and was very comfortable saying hi to our two rambunctious dogs. My house smells so fresh and clean and my carpets look amazing!
