“Alder Creek Vet, specifically Dr Miller, has been our family vet for almost five years now. Dr Miller (Tina) has been the best resource we’ve ever had for our dog’s health. For example, when my husband was going through cancer treatment she went above and beyond to help us with any and all mysterious issues that arose with our dog with professionalism, flexibility, and grace. (Sympathy injuries, seizures being exposed to the chemo… really stressful things!) She helped us during that time, and during all of the other more normal times of our dog’s life, with knowledge, experience, and, most importantly, CARE. She is an incredible doctor and I feel so grateful to have someone I can completely trust to keep our favorite family member well. Thank you Dr Miller!“

“I had such a wonderful experience here with our new puppy Kona. Checking in was easy and the wait was short. In the lobby they have calming bandanas for cats and dogs, which we used for our little pup. The vet tech was nice and approached Kona with treats and patience (he’s a timid pup). The vet was amazing as well, she answered any questions we had and made sure we knew the plan for the next visit. They even took Kona to the back and gave him a tour of the other people and dogs to help with his socialization. When he literally came back he seemed like a new dog hahaha. He was less anxious and more energetic (like he is when it’s just me and my husband around). Overall wonderful experience. I’m really happy, we established care with them!“

Starting with Courtney, the whole team is amazing, After so many recommendations, I was FINALLY able to get our dog an appointment here to establish vet care and I could not be more impressed with their care. Coming from an awful veterinary experience and constant back-and-forth to get any kind of information. This place was so refreshing.

I ended up having to bring my one year old with me and let me tell you that was hard. But they were so understanding and kind, they really went above and beyond to make sure not only my pup was given amazing care, but we were as well.

I took 2 new-to-me horses in for evaluations, dental and immunizations this week and was so impressed with the level of compassion and time the staff took in caring for my horses. “I am so grateful for Vancouver Veterinary Hospital. I live in Longview, Wa and, despite have an established Veterinarian there, no one was available to see my cat, who needed urgent care. Upon referral, I called VVH at 8am and they happily got my kitty in for an appointment that morning! They even called me back offering an earlier time than I originally had. I was SO relieved. When we arrived, I was impressed with the cleanliness of the facility and the friendliness of the front staff. We arrived 30min early, expecting to wait, but were taken right back. The vet tech and Veterinarian were so kind and compassionate. I feel my cat had a very thorough examination and was treated so gently, with love. Then, they went over all our options and pricings in a way that helped me make the best informed decisions for my kitty. “Animal care is very good. It would be nice to get some wait time feedback. I sat there for about 5 hours and had no idea how long it would take overall. I had no breakfast and was getting pretty hungry. If I had known I had enough time, I could have run out to get something to eat. But I didn't want to miss the opportunity to take my baby home so I sat there and starved. At least I had a book this time!“
