Ultra did an excellent job on our carpets. Very experienced and accurate read on what our carpets needed. Rates were competitive with those off of Bainbridge Island! Will certainly have them back.
During the 2024 big freeze, we had our boiler freeze and leaked water through our basement. I called Ultra Carpet Cleaning and John answered WHILE ON VACATION because he knew the importance of his services during these weather conditions. He was able to send his son out within the hour (on an already slammed day) extract all the water and left air movement fans for over a week. The timely response saves me THOUSANDS of dollars in mold mitigation, carpet replacement and drywall repair. These guys know what they’re doing and we will absolutely be using their services again.
Can't say enough about the skill AND customer service John provides. He transformed our old carpet from old and dirty into looking new. We couldn't be happier. And he answers the phone, shows up on time and charges a reasonable price. THANK YOU!
