Just home from a great service experience with Sandy Clausen at Phoenix Rising Hair Salon! I have been without a steady hairdresser for over two years now and finding Sandy was like hitting the haircut jackpot! I walked into this salon to buy some Aveda products and see if there was anyone who could accommodate a walk-in haircut. They are usually by-appointment only, but Sandy was there and had time and got me right into her chair. She listened to what I wanted and did exactly that! My hair looks great again and I couldn't be more pleased! I'm done with searching for my next hairdresser, as Sandy gets the job! THANK YOU SO MUCH SANDY!

Can't say enough good things about Josie. I called her to discuss becoming my new local sylist and she patiently answered my questions. I booked an appointment for what would either be a total overhaul or a color refresh, with an Aveda formula I had. She was up for whatever I decided to do. Then, last minute, I had a darn work trip thrust upon me; my roots weren't going to cut it for a presentation I had to give. I reached out to Josie and she worked her magic to somehow get me in. Karma points for sure- I cashed in and she earned some! Thanks gal, I'll be back for another good chat over hair. 😊

Amazing experience! I came in with a photo of what I wanted and Rachel gave me exactly what I asked for. She was thorough and attentive every step of the way of the partial balayage and made great conversation. The salon is bright and clean and has a welcoming atmosphere. I love my new hair, and it came at a reasonable price compared to nearby salons. Thank you so much!
