This was my first time at Firefly. Todd was so wonderful and gave me the best cut - he knew how to work with my finicky bangs! He also rearranged his schedule to find a time that would work for me. So appreciated, I will be back!

I had such a positive experience with Emanuel! He gave me just the cut and color I had hoped for, taking such care to listen and understand, asking all the right questions and making me feel comfortable from the start. Excellent experience from the welcome to the hair wash, the cut and finally my favorite- the blow dry. I went from leaving my house looking like Cousin It to returning to “wows” by my teenagers! High praise indeed!
