We have had the best introduction to martial arts here! My son loves going to every class and his skills have improved in such a short time. The class is a great mix of fun & discipline. Rick is enthusiastic and clearly cares about his students - the assistant teachers are equally passionate and involved. We would highly recommend to anyone looking to learn skills, discipline, or just have some weekly fun!

If given the option of joining any dojo, we would pick this one every time. Sifu Rick is more than an effective martial arts instructor, he’s a life coach. After a few months, he’s already introduced virtues like discipline, respect, and kindness. Even providing students with “assignments,” giving them a chance to practice at home. Our son tells us often that he can’t wait to go to class and see Sifu Rick and Peter. We are so happy we found Family Martial Arts.

Best Birthday Party Ever! Cannot say enough good things about Family Martial Arts Academy. Michael & Peter ran the party for us and they were nothing short of amazing. They juggled 15-20 four and five year olds with unending patience. They even gracefully adjusted to the general chaos when the planned games didn’t go exactly as expected. The kids had the time of their lives and my son cannot stop talking about his new best friends, Michael and Peter. It was so awesome. Highly recommend
