In 2019 & 2020 we had a toilet at Cups Espresso & Cafe in downtown Bainbridge Island that would sometimes get clogged after customers used it - oftentimes beyond what we could plunge on our own. Since it was the only restroom, when that happened, we would need assistance quickly. I came across Approved Plumbing using a Google search after all the other plumbers I called one day couldn't come and help us. Adam came over quickly and fixed the issue immediately, and in the several instances after that. He was always super quick and helpful.
