Wow!!!! A Reiki experience you want forget?? Trisha is the real deal, she brings out the emotions that you think doesn’t bother you and explains that emotions are energy and if you do not settle them that it will cause stress and hurt to your body. I can honestly say that in the beginning I didn’t really believe and understand what was going on,she gives a good explanation on what the body feels but give it a try and bring some tissues???
