I go to Lynda every two weeks for a massage treatment which greatly reduces my soreness and stress. She is always attentive to my problem areas and her follow up before every visit is complete and caring. I'd recommend her to anyone.
Had a couple of massages by now and each one is great. I definitely feel a difference between each massage. Today she used some leg compression sleeves and it really helped ease up the tension in my calfs. Overall absolutely wonderful service. Will be back
