Russ was incredibly nice and helpful, walking us through the chemistry and different options for taking care of the tub including lots of stuff that the materials Olympic gave us or had us download didn't explain. Couldn't have been nicer or more knowledgable
To be honest, we're kind of mixed on Olympic itself and the Hot Springs Freeflow mini we bought, because the multiple jets diffuse the power of the jets so they aren't nearly as powerful as the Softub we had before, which was great except that that the chlorine system without an ozonator irritated my wife's asthma. and Bromine wasn't an option as it is with Freeflow.
