Ive been satisfied with my purchase of a Softub, Ive had mine since 2018. I was able to use the warranty before it expired 5 years afterwards. Sadly though I had to send the pump in to get its seals replaced only after 2 years from the warranty service.
I payed like $5500 when I first bought mine and another like $600 in the couple times I brought the pump in.
I buy chlorine from here too every year, like 80 bucks and maybe had to buy a couple replacement filters.
It feels like Im getting my money's worth.
Im hoping I could get another 5 years out of it.

We’ve been softtub owners for 6 years now, and still use our softtub multiple times a week! Fantastic product and excellent customer service at Evergreen. Would not hesitate to purchase from them again, and they have been super helpful in keeping our softtub going strong all these years.
