I almost never write reviews, but...

Dr. Iverson has been incredibly helpful while dialing in a fairly complicated and often mishandled astigmatism prescription and has also helped me navigate an ongoing dry eye issue. She takes her time, explains charts and findings clearly in real time, and treats patients with genuine respect and intelligence. Like when I came in with my own research, questions, and thoughts.

What I especially appreciated was her honesty and understanding around the realities of insurance limitations and treatment navigation. That level of transparency and clean communication around it all goes a long way.

Older lady at the front desk with grey hair is super rude and very short. This is the second time dealing with her. Her customer skills suck. Maybe send her to a few classes that can teach her some.social skills. She doesn’t seem happy with her job. She’s pleasant to the people she works with, but not customers. I showed up early which I was told to do and then she goes well your too early. Isn’t it better to be early than late? Also why wasn’t my insurance processed or asked for when I called in? She said she didn’t know if my insurance would cover and had an attitude about that as well. Everyone else in the office is super nice and pleasant.

Great Eyecare center. Super friendly and professional staff. Everyone is knowledgeable and kind. I felt very comfortable during my first visit.
