Always a good experience with the office staff and the caregivers are awesome😁

The office staff do not understand that the care we need is important. We didn't choose to be disabled. My caregiver called in sick, and I was told no sub was available. They also claimed that I would have to provide my own backup career.

The loved providers that cared for my husband….. but the office staff needs work. Two in particular need work. Rude, make huge mistakes with paperwork, and don’t respond to requests from clients in a timely manner without 100 questions. Ethics are poor, questions of care schedule are asked of other caregiver instead of client.
