When my mother started to decline unexpectedly, we were referred to Harbors Home Health and Hospice. They were a godsend, particularly Sarah, the nurse assigned to my mother. She truly helped us accept her pending death while also guiding us on how to keep her peaceful and comfortable. Not only was Sarah highly competent, she was extremely kind and compassionate …the perfect combination for this type of position. Our sincerest thank you to Sarah from the Nedved family.

Very nice and caring team of caring staff of professionals. During my rehab for my Total Knee Replacement, they have supplied me with pages of exercises to help make my knee recovery a quick, and less painless ordeal. Thank you!

My grandfather's hospice nurse Sarah is, without question the kindest, most intelligent medical professional that I have ever met. Her care goes far beyond anything I could have hoped for. Not only does she take excellent care of his physical issues, she often helps our family process the feelings and worries that come with losing a family member. Her thoughtful insight has made this otherwise terrible situation easier. If all medical professionals adopted her approach the world would be better off. Thank you Harbor Home Health and Hospice.
