We just switched to Nido from a larger company and we are very pleased with the quality of service and the level of customer service. The technicians who performed the install of the tank as well as the boiler technicians have been fantastic. The office has been fantastic to deal with. It is refreshing to call a number and speak to a person who is friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. The prices are also competitive with what we paid previously. There is a reason Nido propane tanks are popping up all over the valley. They are awesome.
They deliver heating oil to my remote Vermont house and they have technicians that are readily available to Nido customers if in a need of emergency repairs which happened to me! Twice!... So I'm actually thankful! Good job guys!
