Amazing, amazing, amazing. Everyone was so kind and compassionate. We felt listened to and taken seriously and because of that our cat was saved. Highly recommend. Especially Dr. Haley. She was so sweet, professional, and smart we felt like crying. Gizmo and his family says thank you.
Take it from an elderly retired people doc: this is simply as fine an experience in human or animal medical care as I have experienced (and I've had a lot of both). The practice is handsome, clean, and calm. Staff were excellent. Dr. Zwalen is clearly knowledgable, is kind and gentle, clearly interested in both her patient's and their owner's best outcomes. The documentation of the visit and follow-up were exceptional. Northern Vermont is very fortunate to have this resource.
I can not thank the wonderful, genuine folks at Peak enough. We unfortunately just had to put our sweet boy down and they were so incredibly helpful and caring all throughout the process. They walked us through every step of the way and gave us the time we needed to process everything . Thank you so much, I'm so glad we found the right place full of incredible people to put our wonderful, one of a kind boy to rest.
