This company was wonderful to work with. We had a problem with some equipment and they were unbeleivably responsive. They were able to correct the issue quickly, but the best part is how poilite and caring they were. From the office staff, to the techs who visited the home, we could not be more impressed. I had a new construction house built in 2023. Vermont Energy gave me a very reasonable quote for a ductless heat pump system for my home that ended up meeting the needs, and continues to be functional to this day. That alone is worth five stars. Over the last few years, I've had incidents wherein the folks at Vermont Energy really stepped up and went above and beyond.
My unit ended up getting damaged during home construction, resulting in a situation where the unit wasn't functional, and was making disconcerting noises. They immediately dispatched someone to take a look.

Vermont Energy just installed a new furnace a heat pump to provide central air conditioning in a mini split in our bedroom. I am so pleased that I went with this company. Their crew is very efficient hard-working and they clean up great I am totally satisfied with the job they did I would recommend them to anybody.
