Sandy is mentally delayed and had a great experience at smartstyle.Caitlyn is very pleasant . And well liked by Sandy. She's looking forward to her next haircut and seeing Caitlin.

We have tried the expensive salons and we're not happy with the service. Went to Caitlin once 3 years ago and she is the only person my daughter will let touch her hair for color or cuts! We love her!
