I have nothing but the BEST to say of my interaction with Roto-Rooter of Williston, VT.
It started with my call with an Agent (Call Center) who then linked me to Ms. Alliyah - Office Mgt at their Williston Office) regarding a cracked cast iron sewer pipe in my cellar that needed to be carefully cut and replaced.
She immediately understood the tasks required and asked me to send good photos of the site and the cracked pipe which I did.
As it was a weekend, she said I would need to pay a small premium fee to have the Technician come on a Sunday. I was happy to do so.

We were able to get same-day service for a clogged kitchen sink, and they even were ahead of schedule so they called and came earlier which was great. Dave (Kentucky) was very pleasant, knowledgeable, and got the pipes cleared in under an hour. He also gave some tips on using a garbage disposal and how to prevent clogs in the future. The price is hefty ($395 for the first hour + $75 travel fee) but worth it for quality, same-day service.
Had a good experience with Roto-Rooter. They assessed a potential leak in our hot water heater that the gas company thought might exist. The plumber didn’t find one but did take care of the issue the gas company couldn’t fix, which will result in us not needing to pay for an expensive past the gas company unnecessarily ordered. While the service was good, the cost was high - $395 for first hour of service and $250 for each additional hour. Fortunately the plumber only needed an hour in our case and he also gave us a $30 discount.
