Our water softening system sprung a leak from a broken pipe. We did not discover until hours later. We called Puro Clean and within 24 hours someone was here and eager to get the job going. His name is Austin, he was not only polite, professional but absolutely awesome overall. He took both of my great danes in stride which is sometimes difficult but they became friends. I definitely would recommend Pur Clean and especially Austin!! You will NOT be disappointed!!
Jonathan Kellogg and Jay Armstrong were right on time and were very professional. They were able to get the dryer vent cleaned very quickly. They even informed me the vent hose was not up to current code and instructed me on how to get it up to code. When I returned from the hardware store they even stopped when I saw them again and instructed me on how the pieces went together and crimped the elbow pieces for me. Super nice guys.I would recommend PuroClean to my friends and family.
PuroClean made a tough situation, so much easier. We arrived home late from vacation to find our first floor under water. First thing in the morning we reached out to PuroClean . They immediately came to evaluate and had a crew on-site in no time. Vince Dattilio and company went to work, carefully explaining each step and answering all our questions.
