I liked the knowledgeable PetSmart representative who fielded my questions about fish filters. I had the sense that he was an expert on fish. This store is huge ! It is beautifully organized and very clean. Staff members are variously busy with projects: cleaning cages, cuddling Guinea pigs, emptying litter box displays, and grooming pets.
