They live life to the fullest when off exploring camp with her and the pack, and love the monitored and selected group she runs for social club. “I cannot say enough positive things about one Fetch the Leash! Trainer, Olivia, specifically. I signed DCI Luther up for an intense training package (3x per week + 30 min playtime before each training session). He was behind in learning manners and he was a 70 pound, overenthusiastic puppy! Olivia quickly became one of Luther’s favorite people in the WORLD. She so obviously has a passion for helping dogs to grow and has a sincere affection for them. Luther mastered ‘sit’ and ‘down’ quickly and started rapidly improving on the leash so I’m no longer being pulled down the street while walking and then dragged like a rag doll for a greeting when he sees another dog. The training focuses on positive reinforcement and it moves at the dog’s comfort level - mind you that means not always as quickly as fur parents may want. But when the pups learn something they REALLY learn it. The training isn’t just for the 4-legged. I was taught an alternative way to hold the leash and my arm/shoulder are grateful. The tips and tricks for distraction and redirection of behavior are INVALUABLE.We moved a lot when he was a puppy so he was under-socialized and it’s left him with a lot of quirks: He’s super sweet and naive and also a very aggressive greeter which is a bad combo since he doesn’t pick up on ‘leave me alone’ cues right away. He also has random fears: wheelchairs, strollers, flickering lights, etc. so there is still plenty to work through! We also still travel a lot but I’ll be getting Luther back into training with his bestie as soon as we get back to Burlington!“

“In terms of varieties of Guinea pigs, parakeets, geckos, fish, specialized pet foods and treats/ collars,etc., PetSmart is wonderful. I liked the knowledgeable PetSmart representative who fielded my questions about fish filters. I had the sense that he was an expert on fish. This store is huge ! It is beautifully organized and very clean. Staff members are variously busy with projects: cleaning cages, cuddling Guinea pigs, emptying litter box displays, and grooming pets. Their staff is professional and accommodating; and, returns are easy . The community is very fortunate to have a PetSmart here.“

“Great care, friendly people, respectful environment.Really happy with this vet, except for one small complaint.We made an appointment for a car neutering.My wife paid 50% at the time of making the appointment.$150 to make it, $300 total."is that exactly half of what the bill will be, including tax and all other costs?""Tax will add a few bucks but yes."Go in for the appointment, get handed a bill for $223."um, I paid half""yeah but there's these fees..." goes on to explain.I wasn't pleased, but had a drugged kitty and wanted to discuss it with my wife first before assuming my memory was correct.A simple misunderstanding I'm quite sure, but you did tell us it was exactly half, we budgeted for that number, and it is $78 higher.In this economy?Again, GREAT VET. Bring your cat here, but leave a financial buffer even when you are told a firm number.That's life though, great cat spot. Highly recommend,“
