All I can say is amazing! My cat ate part of a blanket and may have a blockage. Showed up at the vet with no appointment. The receptionist was extremely kind and understanding. They got us right in. Did X-rays. Came up with a care plan and really explained all of our options and were very upfront about all costs involved. The vet was extremely knowledgeable and caring. Would highly recommend them to anyone with a pet. Thank you all so much!
The front desk staff are very helpful and welcoming. Dr. Minken is the vet that I have been bringing my dog to and she is an excellent listener. She is easy to talk to and she takes seriously the things I have to say about my dog’s issues. I’m really grateful for that.
Our pets love going to Long Trail. The vets and the techs are so kind and caring. The office staff is very friendly to the pet parents. We’ve been visiting LongTrail for nearly 10 years, through changes in management and ownership. We moved to a different county and still bring our pets to their location.
