The change machine for a spell only gave half the money it was supposed to. We contacted the business; they asked for our address so they could send us a check. We've never been paid.

This place is TERRIBLE. While the location is quiet and there's hardly ever more than one or two people here, there is always something wrong here: either the change machine or many machines are out of order. The dryers don't get your clothes dry after a half hour compared to other laundromats. Also the dryers smell slightly of gas, which when I researched it, means the vents need cleaning. This basically means that your clothes smell bad after drying them. Oh, there are cigarette butts all over the floor and the machines themselves are covered in sticky soap around where you put your detergent. I really wonder how often the owners check on their multiple establishments.... read full review

I have never reviewed anything before other than to say positive things, but this place warrants a 1 star review.The place is always filthy, the floors are gross, washers are frequently broken, and on top of it all, the cost of a medium wash is $6! I wish the owners took more pride in offering a nice, affordable place for people to do laundry. Unfortunately it’s one of the only options in the area, but that shouldn’t warrant lowering standards on quality business.
