My husband and I were pleased with the results regarding the installation of rugs on our second-floor home. The two individuals were prompt, friendly and did an amazing job. Without hesitation, we would recommend this business.
Carpeted our second level. Despite a great instal a glitch occurred. The installers carpet tool left a black trail around the perimeter of our beige carpet. To me a five star worthy business isn’t predicated on being perfect but rather how well they handle a problems that may arise. These folks are winners in that regard. They stand behind their great service!
Flooring America came through on all counts for our carpet replacement project. Matt and Kyle guided us through the entire process and met all expectations with regards to original estimate, product selection, and installation scheduling. Thank you to Bobby and his team for their professionalism and communication throughout the installation. Will use their services again.
