Carpeted our second level. Despite a great instal a glitch occurred. The installers carpet tool left a black trail around the perimeter of our beige carpet. To me a five star worthy business isn’t predicated on being perfect but rather how well they handle a problems that may arise. These folks are winners in that regard.
