We own a small apartment building in Bellows Falls and James has been our go-to for every need. We use them for our oil, heating, and plumbing and they are always prompt and very respectful. As a property manager I know I can always count on them if an emergency arises. They have repaired an ancient boiler from the 50's so we could get our tenants hooked up with minisplits. They replaced 2 water heaters when we decommissioned the boiler and the other water heater leaked. Now they are fixing a leaky tub that has old fixtures. I’m truly appreciative of the technician James coming out to assess my rental property. He was very kind and helpful with assessing the property. Even checked twice when I explained the situation. Gave me advice on what I should do if I ever thought I smelled a gas leak. I highly recommend James Plumbing and Heating.
Just got an Oil delivery and the two young men were so nice. My tank was close to empty so they checked with me to make sure my furnace fired up!!! Awesome service!!! I So Appreciate that thoughtfulness!!!!
