We've been Cota & Cota customers for 20+ years. They've done our heating, cooling, ventilation and plumbing and they remain our oil and propane supplier. We just had two of their people leave our house after diagnosing a tricky, intermittent sound coming from our burner. They inspired me to leave this review on behalf of all the Cota & Cota people we have come in contact with over the years. They've always been courteous, competent, and professional and always have been focused on getting to the best result for us, as their customer.

We own a small apartment building in Bellows Falls and James has been our go-to for every need. We use them for our oil, heating, and plumbing and they are always prompt and very respectful. As a property manager I know I can always count on them if an emergency arises. They have repaired an ancient boiler from the 50's so we could get our tenants hooked up with minisplits. They replaced 2 water heaters when we decommissioned the boiler and the other water heater leaked. Now they are fixing a leaky tub that has old fixtures. They have always been prompt and reliable with any service. We had a gentleman help us at 1130 pm one night. Best company around and will always have our business. This was all with in the last year as well. They are amazing. 10/10 would recommend.
Sheila is amazing, kind, wonderful with kids and very personable with all of her clients. The salon is very clean and always feels so welcoming. I was a childcare teacher for over 10 years and the kid corner is awesome and gives children with sensory issues a fun & calming haircut experience. I would recommend anyone with young kiddos to check it out!

We recently hired Brown and Sons to remodel our terribly outdated kitchen. Throughout this process Jason Brown has been thorough and an active advocate for us as we navigated numerous delays with supply chain issues. Jason also worked with us to save us money throughout the project while still getting what we wanted. Their quality of work has been top notch. Our kitchen looks like a million bucks even though it didn't cost anywhere near that. Jason also took the time to get to know us and what we needed and wanted from this project. We could not be more pleased with their work. We would recommend them without hesitation.
