We called on a Saturday and he called back within a half hour, and arrived that same day. Extremely knowledgeable, he took the time to educate us about the animals and our different options, helping us with an immediate solution plus guiding us in what to do long-term. We're grateful for his quick response and the extra time he took to help us.
