Heart Space Yoga and Healing Center in Saint Johnsbury
“I've been going regularly for about 3 months and I'm feeling stronger. Andrea knows so much about how every single bone and muscle works and talks us through everything. She also talks about the philosophy of yoga, healing, being "enough", so many different scenarios that apply to our lives, how to let go, she's simply amazing I love her. The center is beautiful and starting to offer more than yoga, it's a healing center. I can't think of a better decision I've made for my health I'm very happy.”
