John was great to work with for getting a property inspection on our new home. He has a very organized and professional process for set up / scheduling. The report was extremely thorough, addressing every square inch of the house and clearly outlining any issues (with pictures and recommendations). I was not able to attend the inspection in person, but John followed up with me multiple times afterwards to address any questions I may have had. I would highly recommend working with John.

Let me preface this by saying I don't like lawyers. If you need a lawyer, Dan McCabe is by far the best I've met and worked with! I've worked with him on a variety of things from workman's comp, to realty and more. If there's something I ask about, that he doesn't specifically work with, he's giving me fantastic directions to people who do! The dog is pretty cool too!

I called multiple providers in my area (Bradford). One took almost a week to get back to me and another didn’t service Bradford. B&B answered their phone and immediately made an appointment for me. I called back later that day after we realized how full our septic was and Bryan came out that afternoon and pumped it as we were worried it was going to start backing up into the house.
