We reached out to John based on recommendations from several folks, including real estate agents. John was able to fit us in quickly. He was incredibly friendly and professional and explained things in detail as we did the inspection. I sent a copy of the inspection to my dad (former contractor and home inspector) and my current contractor who both complimented John on his thoroughness in his report.
