Springfield Health Center is a caring and professional facility. Patients describe the staff as friendly, kind, helpful, and outstanding. The doctors are noted as being kind, caring, understanding, and top of the line, with one even calling on a weekend to check on a patient. Many report being seen very quickly with hardly any wait, getting in and out pretty quick. The doctors are good at explaining, listen to and validate concerns, and go above and beyond. The center provides urgent walk-in care, primary care, pediatrics, and behavioral health, all readily available in the same building. The pediatrics department is amazing and patient with children. Patients feel taken care of, report feeling better after visits, and strongly recommend the center, with some stating it is the only place they will go.
I went there today, October 14th, 2025 with a high recommendation from a Dr. Who opened a primary care in white river jct.
I was not disappointed whatsoever. From the receptionist who was friendly, to the nurse and then the doctor.
I need to have my ears flushed about every 6 months. Had not had it done in quite some time. The young nurse was outstanding. The Doctor, i wish I had gotten all their names, was kind, caring and understanding.
After 30 minutes of rinsing, digging (softly) and an attempt by the nurse, then finally a last try by the doctor, got the remaining chunks/wax out. She was surprised on how much i had in there.

Took my child who was complaining of ear pain to the walk in clinic. There was hardly any wait. The receptionist was so friendly and helpful, and everyone treated us with kindness and respect. The doctor listened to and validated my concerns.
I was told I’d be given a letter for a eye condition i had. Then told it had to come from the optometrist in the same building who told me it had to be from the doctor. Then the receptionist is severely sensitive and has a rude tone. She told me i had to establish care there. I replied I’ve been seen three times by Jasmine Berry with humor in my voice. She said firmly You don’t have to be rude. I asked how was that rude and she ignored it presumably because she couldn’t explain how it was rude.
