On 9/14/24 I suffered multiple traumatic injuries on the corner of Chester and Fairground Rd. I was laying in the road when emergency services showed up. I had 8 broken ribs, broken clavicle, collapsed lung, spine injury, brain bleeding, concussion, I needed 20 stitches in my forehead, road rash. Etc. On 9/27/24 I saw my PCP to remove my stitches and renew my prescriptions. My PCP said they would be ready at Rite Aid when I left. I went to pick up my prescriptions and she Never called them in. I always make sure to write a review if over many times there were issues or problems with a facility, place, etc. and this health center made me feel like monkey pox would have been a gift due to its cleanliness. A lot of dust, dirt on the rugs a few times and people coughing without covering their mouths. I'm looking for a new center to take care of my health!
