I just watched the owner very patiently deal with an angry woman who was trying to cause a scene and disrespect the entire staff. I got my hair cut and colored there right before the holiday's. They were great about getting me an appt. right away and my stylist was fantastic with both the cut and the color. I would definitely refer my friends and family there and I plan on returning myself!Service: Hairstyling

Friendly service, listened to my request and gave me the haircut I wanted. Had a last-minute scheduling conflict and they were able to move my midday appointment to the end of the same day. Excellent service.EDIT: Removing 1 star because the trimmer mark on my neck that she said was "just a little dry skin" is still there nearly a week later. It did hurt at the time too. I thought maybe I was just being a baby, but it's still there with a scab a week later and my partner says it's "inexcusable".
