“I have had severe sleep apnea for a few years now. I just recently received a new and updated AVS machine. Keith Brown came to me for my new setup appointment. He was really great. He was thorough, kind, respectful, and a gentleman who mad me laugh. With explaining everything about my new machine he would continuously asked if I had any questions, just to make sure that all my questions were answered. The machine I received was a lot more simpler and easier to care for than my last one. Kieth went through the whole machine settings with me and explained what everything did and what everything meant. I am so happy to have changed my store for all my equipment. I will continue using Regional Home Care as my healthcare equipment needs. Thank you for a great experience.
