The technician that came to my house, explained everything that I needed to know in great detail. He had a great friendly personality. You made it easy to understand how my system operates and answer all my questions.

I met with Paul at the office in South Burlington, VT. He patiently walked me through using a new CPAP machine. I would recommend Regional Home Care and Paul to anyone who uses CPAP.

This is an update to a previous one-star review I left for RHC - my initial review was based on a singularly terrible interaction with their customer service; a long hold time followed by a rude and inaccurate CSR who hung up on me when I asked to speak to her manager. HOWEVER - since that first experience, I have had nothing but positive interactions with the staff - from the scheduling folks to billing, to the very knowledgeable fitment specialists and phone-based sleep specialists.
