This afternoon Paul Goodin arrived at our home to present my new CPAP machine. It was a pleasant visit and I am grateful for such strong support. Paul came fully prepared with thorough knowledge of the new machine as well as my own CPAP usage patterns. He carefully helped me grasp that the new machine was very much like my old one and would be easy to adapt to. This was comforting. I'm 77, and it's true that coping with new technical machinery can be frightful. Sensing this, Paul took great care to make sure that I was able to understand every nuance of the new machine. The technician that came to my house, explained everything that I needed to know in great detail. He had a great friendly personality. You made it easy to understand how my system operates and answer all my questions.
I met with Paul at the office in South Burlington, VT. He patiently walked me through using a new CPAP machine. I would recommend Regional Home Care and Paul to anyone who uses CPAP.
