I have had severe sleep apnea for a few years now. I just recently received a new and updated AVS machine. Keith Brown came to me for my new setup appointment. He was really great. He was thorough, kind, respectful, and a gentleman who mad me laugh. With explaining everything about my new machine he would continuously asked if I had any questions, just to make sure that all my questions were answered. The machine I received was a lot more simpler and easier to care for than my last one. David Stipe was very informative and thorough in his explanation of the equipment and the steps for using my new PAP machine. I also appreciated that the company has sleep coaches and I will use them for my questions and concerns. Again, it was very helpful to me that David was so clear and caring to be sure that I understood all the details. Thank you.
This was a visit for a re start for me. I've been very anxious about getting on a CPAP machine as the first try didn't go very well for me. David Stiple helped me and made me feel extremely comfortable and at ease with getting another start. I feel much better this time around thanks to his help.
