No interest financing over 12 months of the remaining 50% balance was a big reason why we went with Five Star Roofing to do the roof replacement. We received a competitive quote site unseen by providing blueprints. We requested a visit and discussion for comfort. One of the PM’s, Eric, came and we had a great discussion about the job and the company. We worked together with the office to agree on the verbiage of the contract. The crew showed up as scheduled two weeks later and worked hard and efficiently. They finished a complex 53 square home in 2 days. There was a problem area that I wanted addressed. This was unable to be quoted due to unknowns but various solutions were discussed. We worked together for a solution and we were not charged extra even though it was 3-4 hours more work.
