Yesterday was a very challenging day and Michelle did an outstanding job as she navigated the issues. I can’t compliment her highly enough. Not only was her technical savvy helpful, but her people skill were a huge help as well. I know I went home feeling a bit better about the day based on her compassionate words.

We started working with NPI in 2013. Technology is very important in what we do at MMR, LLC. We have a plan; we know exactly when each piece of equipment needs to be replaced. Our recent move to the Cloud was flawless! NPI monitors our system 24/7, and they’re on it if anything happens. The Canopy service makes my life a whole lot easier.
