Shout out to Kristy Ryan Raymond at Rail City Salon! I hadn’t been to see her since February and finally got in to see her end of July! I’m making a late post but life got busy and I really wanted to let everyone know how great she is and the Salon. My hair got really long with lots of waves and curls during those 5 months. It was getting out of control. I usually ask Kristy to do what she thinks because she know my hair. She cut the “mullet”, thinned and texturized it all into a fabulous wavy Bob! I absolutely love Rail City Salon! From the moment you walk in, everyone makes you feel so welcome. The staff are incredibly friendly, caring, and always willing to start a conversation that makes you feel right at home.

What I appreciate most is how much they care about making sure you’re happy with your haircut. They ask for your input every step of the way—how much length you want taken off, how you want it styled, and they always make sure you’re comfortable before doing anything. You can truly tell they care about their clients and want you to leave feeling your best.

I have been a client of Kristy's for 20 years. She is amazingly skilled and attentive. Kristy makes it a priority to stay current with industry trends and makes great recommendations when I need a change or a boost.
Rail City Salon has an uplifting, positive and client centered vibe. Kristy has positive, professional staff members and I would trust any of them with my hair if I were unable to book with Kristy.
