I’ve been going to Salon Elixir for years, and I can’t say enough good things about Jessica Pelkey and the personalized care she gives her clients. Jess is an incredibly skilled stylist and she’s also one of the warmest, most genuine people you’ll ever meet. She listens, offers expert advice, and truly does an amazing job with my hair. Highly recommend!

Jess and I have been together from long locks to pixie cuts, everything in between and back; through bangs and no bangs, colors, and talking me out of "chopping it all off" or a trendy style that just wouldn't work. She expertly transitioned me when I was ready to embrace the grey. She is constantly learning and has shared her skills with other stylists in the community. Her big heart, creativity, and expertise mean I always leave her chair feeling uplifted and beautiful.

We came in to look at the boutique and had the most amazing conversation with Jessica. She gave us all her recommendations for coffee, breakfast, lunch and dinner, as well as fun things to do around St Albans. Her salon is gorgeous and well thought out. She has hand picked items from women's owned small businesses to sell in her salon. We will definitely be back for a visit next year!
