Just had a water heater installed by Manley’s after old one gave out on Friday. I called a couple of plumbers including the one who did the initial installation neither of them returned my call. I called Manley’s and in 5 minutes I had a call from Dana. He had someone come over and assess my needs and I have hot water again. To me if someone reaches out to your business have the courtesy to call back whether you’re able to do the work or not that speaks volumes about professionalism and RELIABILITY. Manley’s has a new customer. Gotta go, I really need to take a shower now.

I know getting screwed financially is a constant concern consumers have, but this is not a worry I'd have about this business. I had Dana out to check my water heater and rather than charge me hundreds in parts and maintenance that may not have even been the solution he was honest about what was likely at play even though that wouldn't line their pockets. It speaks volumes when a business (or representative of said business) puts the consumer's needs/satisfaction above making a quick buck and I can assure you this will ALWAYS be the place I call first with any water or heating issues- HIGHLY recommend ?

Our boiler failed on a Sunday morning in January, and we had difficulty finding someone available to help. They called us back promptly and I was able to resolve the problem with assistance by phone. I wouldn't expect the same result for everyone, as we only required a simple fix, but I would absolutely recommend and use them again. Good customer service matters, and they were prompt, polite and professional as well as competent.
