The propane heater still makes a loud snaping noise, much louder than another one i have which is barely noiceable. After reading manual it's possible it could be the gas solenoid. Very noticeable. Please respond. Thanks

For the second year, we've had Brock's perform the annual cleaning for our oil boiler. The technician, Ethan, was pleasant and very knowledgeable. Our system is on it's way out, and he patiently discussed replacement options and answered all of our questions thoroughly. We'll continue to use and recommend Brock's!

Brock's did a great job! They scheduled an appointment soon after I contacted them. The technician (Andrew) showed up on schedule (and wearing a mask, as requested). Performed the service an was courteous and efficient.
