My husband and I discovered that our toilet wasn’t flushing properly in the basement and sewage was backing up into the shower. We called A-1 in the morning and were put on their waitlist and they were able to get to us the same day in the afternoon! They figured out and fixed the problem in less than an hour and we only had to pay the minimum fee. I didn’t catch their names unfortunately but they were both so nice and polite and helpful! So grateful for their quick help!!
While we had to wait for the weekend to pass (our issues started on a Saturday), I was put on the wait-list Monday and received a call the next morning that someone could come out. Brandon was very polite and did a great job explaining what was going on with our pipes, as well as talked us through prevention tips for further issues. I appreciated his calm demeanor, given how stressed I'd been about the ongoing issue. Sincerely hoping we don't have further issues, but I know who I'll be calling if we do.
A1 was one of the most professional and thorough drain services I have ever experienced. The techs were polite and listened to our issues. They did a great job, leaving the bathroom cleaner than they found it. And scheduling on such short notice was a breeze. I wouldn’t go with anyone else from now own.
