I had a partial blockage in the waste line, so I called A-1 Sewer & Drain. The person who answered the phone was prompt and courteous. She explained the process and told me what the hourly rate would be. Since it wasn't an extreme emergency, I was given an appointment one week out. I arranged to give the technician access to the basement, since I wasn't going to home. I asked that they call when they arrived so I could walk explain the problem. Brendan called me first thing in the morning to say he was on his way. He called again when he arrived in order for me to explain what the problem was. Pleasant to talk to, and solved the problem when another plumber was ready to tear our basement up. They even provided a solution to that IF we do need to replace those later. 10/10 all around. Thank you!Services: Drain cleaning
