“My husband and I discovered that our toilet wasn’t flushing properly in the basement and sewage was backing up into the shower. We called A-1 in the morning and were put on their waitlist and they were able to get to us the same day in the afternoon! They figured out and fixed the problem in less than an hour and we only had to pay the minimum fee. I didn’t catch their names unfortunately but they were both so nice and polite and helpful! So grateful for their quick help!!”
