“Dr. Andrew and the nurse/assistant were absolutely wonderful! I immediately felt at ease, and I have severe anxiety in general. I have never been under anesthesia before, and everything was explained to me so well. They were warm, friendly, and caring. Today is Thursday and I got the procedure Monday. I called since the pain in one tooth has been getting so bad and requested more pain medication to at least take in the evening. The receptionist refused to even check and flat out declined which I found very off putting. Other than that, I had a very easy pleasant experience.”
