One thing that I really liked were the Telephones along the approaches that allowed people to get information before parking.
My son had outpatient surgery here yesterday. I can’t say enough great things about our experience. From the person at check in and registration all the way through to the pre-op team, doctors, and nurses in recovery—we were treated with so much kindness, patience and care. Thank you, thank you!!
When one goes to CVMC, you are treated like a Real Person with feelings and problems they truly want to help with. You're not just a number to get in and out of their facility (unlike Burlington). My Family has had more than one occasion to visit and spend time here and every one of those times we were treated with Concern, Respect and Care. I'm sorry some of you have had negative experiences there, but I sincerely appreciate CVMT.
