This is the only eye care practice that has gotten my prescription and glasses right on the first try. I have a complicated prescription and, over the past 70 years, I’ve visited many different practices. The exam was careful, thorough, respectful, and clearly explained. All of my questions were answered in a straightforward way, and the service in the office is impeccable.
Katy Ann helped me after I pulled my psoas muscle from a work related incident. I had no idea what I had done, I was sure I didnt require urgent medical attention or have a severe injury. However, I did know why my lower back was very soar and tight. With katys help we determined I had strained/pulled my psoas muscle. With her skills she was able to pin point the psoas tender areas. I took her advice and continued resting. After 7-10 days off lots of rest my psoas and all over active muscles of my lower back began to feel normal. Two weeks later, I'm back to 100% and I owe it very much to katy ann for helping me discover the issue so I could take the necessary actions to expedite the healing process. Thank you!
